    There is no I in team. Cooperation and teamwork are essential when it comes to sport. Playing as a team allows players to work together to achieve a common goal. Players must be willing to sacrifice for the benefit of the team. Cooperation also includes working with teammates to create opportunities and making sure everyone is on the same page. When everyone is working together, it creates synergy and the team can achieve more than they could individually. Good teamwork results in improved communication, better decision-making, and a stronger bond between teammates.
