There had been allegations made against our company that we were engaging in unethical and illegal behavior. We knew we needed to do something to address the allegations and clear our name, but we also didn't want to make things worse. I ended up creating a crisis management plan and executed it perfectly. We were able to diffuse the situation and clear our name.
