    The first step in assessing a client's needs and creating a customized program for them is to sit down with the client and gather as much information as possible. This includes discussing their fitness goals, current fitness level, medical history, etc. Based on this information, I can create a customized program that will help the client reach their fitness goals safely and effectively. I also work with each client to assess their individual needs and make sure that they are comfortable with the exercises that we are doing.     I work a 9-5 job Monday through Friday, so I am only available for clients after 5pm. I am available for clients on Saturday from 10am-2pm and Sunday from 10am-12pm.
