    I have been working with computers and software programs for over 10 years. I started working with computers as a help desk technician, where I would help users with troubleshooting and support. I then became a network administrator, where I was responsible for maintaining and managing the company's computer networks. In this role, I was also responsible for installing and upgrading software programs, as well as creating and managing user accounts. In college, I continued to struggle with math courses, but again, I refused to give up. This time around, I sought out additional help from my professor and tutors.     There are a number of systems and procedures that I put in place to ensure efficient and organized workflows. One is having a well-organized desk with all of the necessary supplies within reach so that I'm not constantly running around looking for things. Another is having a set routine for completing certain tasks, such as processing new orders or checking inventory levels. This helps to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that everything is done in a timely manner.
