The most challenging thing about working with the public is dealing with difficult customers. I have had to deal with customers who are angry, rude, and uncooperative. I have also had to deal with customers who are demanding and unrealistic. However, I have learned how to handle difficult customers by remaining calm and professional. I always try to listen to their concerns and address them in a polite and respectful manner. I also try to remain patient even if they are being difficult. By doing this, I am usually able to resolve the situation without any conflict.
