The door was made out of a very hard wood and the screws were stripped, so getting them out and putting new ones in was a real challenge. In the end, I managed to fix the door, but it was definitely a difficult task.

    There are many important attributes for success as a Handyman. The most important might be the ability to think on your feet and solve problems. A Handyman often has to come up with solutions to problems quickly, and sometimes under pressure. Another important attribute is being able to work independently. A Handyman often has to work alone, and must be able to complete tasks without supervision. Good communication and customer service skills are also important, as a Handyman is often the first point of contact for customers.

    I've had to deal with several emergency situations while working, including a fire, a chemical spill, and an active shooter. In each case, I followed the emergency plan that was in place for my workplace. I made sure to keep calm and help guide other employees to safety. I also communicated with first responders as needed.

    Budgeting and estimating projects is something that I have a lot of experience with. In particular, I have worked on several large construction projects. On these projects, I was responsible for creating the budget and estimating the cost of materials and labor.
