As a flight attendant, I have encountered many different types of passengers who have been angry and confrontational. In every situation, it is important to assess the risk involved and make a decision that is in the best interest of the safety of the flight. In some cases, it may be necessary to ask the passenger to leave the aircraft. I have also had to go above and beyond for a passenger, such as helping them with their luggage or finding them a hotel room when their flight was cancelled. I have also faced challenges while working as a flight attendant, such as dealing with turbulence or changes
