    I once had a difficult situation at work where I was clearly not meeting the expectations of my boss. I had to quickly come up with a plan to improve my performance and luckily I was able to do so. First, I set up some goals for myself and made a plan to achieve them. Next, I made sure to stay focused and motivated, even when things got tough. Finally, I asked for feedback from my boss and used it to improve my work. In the end, I was able to overcome this difficult situation and improve my work performance.
