I tried to explaining that it was just a minor change, but they were adamant about not wanting to pay. In the end, I had to get the salon manager involved to help resolve the situation.     Teaching a new technique to another stylist can be a daunting task, but it can also be a lot of fun! I usually start by demonstrating the technique on myself. I then have the other stylist try it on me. This allows them to see how it's done and also to ask any questions they may have. After they have tried it on me, I have them do it on someone else. This helps them to get comfortable with the technique and also to see how it looks when done by someone else.
