After seeing the final product, I knew I wanted to be a part of creating those structures myself one day. Construction is an incredibly rewarding profession because you get to see your work come to life and make people's lives better in the process.

    There have been a few times where I had to figure out an innovative way to solve a difficult problem on the job site. For example, one time we were installing vinyl siding and we ran into some challenges because the adhesive wasn't sticking to the wall properly. We tried using a variety of solutions, including using more adhesive and using a different type of adhesive, but nothing seemed to work. Finally, I came up with the idea of using a heat gun to help the adhesive stick to the wall. It was a bit of a gamble, but it ended up working and we were able
